Terms of service.

Lannée (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website lannee.shop and sells the pieces listed there. To reach us, write to support@lannee.shop.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation of dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will refund any payment taken in full.

All prices are shown in USD. The price you see is the price you pay. We handle customs clearance before delivery, so there are no extra charges at your door. Payment is taken at the moment of order through our payment processor. We accept the major card networks and the local wallets offered at checkout.

Shipping times, fees and return rights are described on our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.

Every Lannée piece is finished by hand. Slight variations in tone, weave, weight and drape are inherent to the cloth and are not considered defects. We do our best to photograph our pieces faithfully; colour on screen may differ slightly from the piece in your hand.

The site, its text, photography, illustrations, layout, logos and trademarks are owned by Lannée or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written agreement.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its security, accessibility or normal operation. We may suspend access to any account or order that we reasonably suspect of misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under the law of your country.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the maison's place of registration, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the moment of your order is the one that applies to that order.
