Lannée currently ships to the United States and Canada, billed in USD. Wider international shipping will return once our multi-currency setup is approved.

Within these two countries we operate four zones: the contiguous US, non-contiguous US territories, main Canadian provinces, and Canada's northern territories. Rates and delivery windows differ by zone — see below.

• United States (48 states + DC) — 6–12 business days
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands — Varies by carrier; timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Canada (main provinces) — 6–12 business days
• Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut — Varies by carrier; timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing. A tracking link is sent by email once your order leaves our atelier.

Standard rates and free-shipping thresholds by zone. All orders are billed in USD at checkout.

Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $50 USD to the contiguous US (48 states + DC) and Canada's main provinces. Below the threshold, a flat $5.99 USD standard rate applies.

Non-contiguous US territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands) ship at a flat $12.99 USD, and Canada's northern territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) at $15.99 USD. The free-shipping threshold does not apply to these remote zones.

The price you see is the price you pay. We handle customs clearance before delivery, so there are no extra charges at your door.

To keep tracked delivery reliable, we are unable to ship to the following address types:

• APO / FPO / DPO military addresses — our tracked carriers do not service these ZIPs.
• PO Boxes (US and Canada) — final-mile carriers may refuse mailbox delivery.
• Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands — not currently in our shipping network.

If your address is affected, please write to support@lannee.shop before ordering and we will let you know whether a workaround is possible.

A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your parcel is collected. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear, and up to 10 business days during peak carrier periods. If you have not received tracking within two working days, please check your spam folder or write to support@lannee.shop.

If there has been no tracking movement for more than 10 business days (15 for remote zones), write to us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Please photograph the package, the label and the piece before wearing it, and send everything to support@lannee.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
