When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and the details of the items you purchase. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.

When you subscribe to our letter, we collect your email address. When you browse the site, we receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit.

We work with a small number of trusted partners who help us run the maison:

• Klaviyo — newsletter delivery (only if you subscribe).
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your parcel.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with these partners only to the extent needed to fulfil your order or your subscription.

We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. This includes analytics cookies from Google Analytics, served via Google Tag Manager, which help us measure visits in aggregate — pages viewed and actions taken — without identifying you personally. You may decline non-essential cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for checkout to function.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, write to support@lannee.shop. Residents of the EU, the UK and California have additional rights under GDPR, the UK GDPR and the CCPA respectively.

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to ten years). Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Browsing data is kept for up to 24 months.
