Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Fees
For orders under the free-shipping threshold, a flat $5.99 fee applies to single-item orders. Combined rates appear at checkout for orders with 2 or more items. Free standard shipping applies automatically once your order meets the regional threshold above.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For UK orders, VAT is included in the displayed price. For other international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery or billed afterwards. These are set by your country, not by us.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Lannée is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at info@lannee.shop and we will work with the carrier to investigate or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns
We want you to love what you wear. Because we do not offer exchanges, please confirm your colour and fabric choice carefully before ordering. If a piece is not right, you are welcome to return it for a refund under the policy below.
Return Policy
- Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging
- Original tags attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition
How to Start a Return
- Write to info@lannee.shop with your order number
- Receive your return authorisation and return address
- Package the item securely with original packaging and tags
- Ship the package using a tracked carrier and keep the tracking number
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
Return Shipping
For US orders, we provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return, credited to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit. Standard shipping fees are non-refundable. Free-shipping orders will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund.
Items Received Damaged or Incorrect
If you received your order damaged or incorrect, please photograph the package, the label, and the item before wearing it, and send everything to info@lannee.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
